I would have to say that is most likely very true. With that in mind it would not be very smart to sell any of the shares you own.

Correct. As I've said many times, in my professional opinion,it might be a good idea to consult a competent attorney if one happens to be in possession of non public material information about Telvue so that he or she can evaluate your personal circumstances and advise you as to the legality of trading in the security.

Also this may be of some importance to some who appear confused about the pending lawsuit. While I personally consider investing in Telvue to be akin to flushing money down the toilet, that is my personal opinion.

There is no alleged wrongdoing on the part of Telvue on our end nor are they named in the suit. The suit is centered around three *colluding entities* who have violated numerous state and federal laws in conjunction with their promotion of Telvue and a multitude of other *otc stox* and thus given numerous investors the right to recover under several legal theories. Should we prevail in the civil action, the DOJ should follow suit with a criminal prosecution.
