Yeah Brother, on the lipstick on a pig, trying to find some dirt on Marcum, success rate or lack there of. Can't find anything negative actually. Some bashing on Hong Kong and Chinese IPOs. Not much on anything US.
Doesn't seem plausible. Stocks are full of losers. Thinking a firm like Marcum wouldn't take on an uplist candidate if they were sketchy though. Need to have a good reputation of making money for the big boys.

And assumptions, now, haven't wavered that much since I was way off base with the time frame. Thought it would be complete by now. Almost close with a big event before the end of the Fiscal Year. S1 is a BIG DEAL, just a couple of days off.
Now I like CK's post, and Shail's hope, on the Company taking it's time to uplist in order to have the base PPS, and Shail was wanting the wait too, from way back.
If it is a pig with lipstick, shit I don't know what I'll do. Just don't think it is. Looking forward to some more deep pockets swinging in from outside to the Marcum underwriting fees.
And those high fees seem iron clad. And we'll be the ones screwed.
