you dont reduce AUTHO SHARES unless you are SECURE that you have FINANCING ELSEWHERE that is NON-DILUTIVE

the moment a license is ANNOUNCED

do you think this low float beauty will stay under a dollar?

its too thin, it moves too fast

way too much INCOME REVENUE potential here

if you have 500,000 shares

at a dollar, you will have a half million dollars

main thing is this, INCC just has to keep doing what they have been doing

they have to stay the course
