penny, that's something they need to improve on. I personally don't think JF has any idea what customer satisfaction means. Netflix is the class act out there. Of course we don't know what
JF is thinking, maybe if people get poor service then gzfx makes
more money because they don't have to pay as much postage. Who knows.

pennyfromheaven1: Where do you live, Timbuktu? I live near Wichita, KS and get mine turned around in their stated timeframe of 2-3 days. No problems here. lns

FWIW, I usually have 2 days turnaround here in New England.
