JB, Basalt is listed as the city for retail sales for MJ in Chaffee County. I am guessing that Salida is just going to be the place to grow the stuff.
Chaffee County is one of the 64 counties of the State of Colorado of the United States. The county population was 16,242 at U.S. Census 2000. The county seat is Salida.
This is actually a significant indication. This confirms that Chaffee County, CO is listed on the ”official” list for being authorized to have marijuana facilities within CO:
The INCC CEO tweeted a while back a picture of one of the facilities being looked at and informed the public that the facility is expected to grow 19,200 pounds of marijuana:
My thought was… How can a facility pay INCC $12,000,000 per year ($1,000,000 per month) from the use of their GroPro System? What I derived was that if a facility is generating over $61 Million per year per facility, then paying $12 Million is very fair. Consider below…
So… let’s derive how many ounces 19,200 pounds would equal…
** 19,200 pounds x 16 ounces = 307,200 ounces
This means for revenue for ”One Facility” below:
307,200 ounces x $200 per ounce = $61,440,000 in Marijuana Cultivation Revenues
INCC has become current with their financials and have retired 3 Billion shares from their Outstanding Shares (OS) as the company had promised. The removal of the DTC Chill will be huge too as the company is currently working on removing.
So, what would motivate John Mehos to build multiple facilities to provide multiple deals for INCC? Well, since the Mehos family was given 600,000,000 shares of INCC, creating multiple facilities will be in the best interest of all parties involved. So as the value of INCC goes up, so does the value of their 600 Million shares.
Since INCC is providing a service, this keeps them clean from any of the marijuana scrutiny that could be attached to their operations causing unnecessary concern for being worried about something being in violation or not. The burden of such scrutiny belongs to INCC’s clients and not INCC. Read below to fully understand just what INCC is bringing to the table:
Also within this PR above, it definitely was eye opening and subliminally confirmed much. Now we know that the Mehos Family is funding the INCC operations as it relates to the GroPro Systems. This is why it was structured the way it was done. Clearly, doing things this way allows the Mehos family to fund the operations and get certain things done without INCC having to worry about reporting certain things just yet until it is a finish product.
Basically, INCC will be linked to the hip with ”Prosperous Valley” who is currently listed as their customer for now. Keep in mind, again, the Mehos Family have 600 Million shares of INCC that was given to them for being a part of this TEAM so I'm sure that more than just the GroPro System is coming to INCC. This is why they have a vested interest in the success and keeping INCC legitimate. They have a much greater interest and positive motive to ensure the success of INCC that is far greater than any of us here. Also important to note, they apparently have some very serious connections as considering how they squeaked by to get their Marijuana License approved for its company ”Prosperous Valley” within Chaffee County. So, they will make sure things are done by the book and correct as their reputation is on the line too. I think we are in good hands.
Also key to note, if you research how difficult it is to get County Approval, you will understand why I believe that State Approval is definitely coming and coming soon in my opinion. The county lays the ground work for the state. Obtaining State Approval is really a done deal, but this is just my opinion as to how I see things.
I believe that much had to be proven by INCC/Mehos as part of the submission for the ”Marijuana License Approval Process” to the Chaffee County Commissioners that revealed some significant Business Plan, Operational Plan, etc. or county approval would never had been granted for a Marijuana License. There is more to confirm this, but for now all should see the info that further confirms the Marijuana License Approval for John Mehos doing business as ”Prosperous Valley” within Chaffee County within the state of Colorado to be consistent with what INCC had ”officially” informed us shareholders through Twitter/PR:
Here is that previous INCC update through Twitter of which I referred to above:
As I had previously stated, there is much that had to be proven to the Chaffee County Commissioners before approving John Mehos for his Marijuana License. Here are some things I pulled out of the Resolution for Adopting Medical Marijuana Business Licensing Regulations from the ”official” website for Chaffee County that stood out the most to me that not only justify why I believe as my thoughts mentioned above, but indicates the prerequisites that had to be achieved before being approved for a Marijuana License by the Chaffee County Commissioners.
Again, the above are prerequisites that had to be achieved before being approved for a Marijuana License by the Chaffee County Commissioners.
First: Because it was noted that Mehos has a potential 251 acres that could be applicable to the marijuana cultivation operations here in Prosperous Valley.
Second: I am fully aware that the 251 acres could be used for marijuana cultivation by the Mehos family or it could be land separate from the 251 acres to be used for marijuana cultivation as it was confirmed that Mehos has another plot of land that is properly zoned under contract that is actually not 251 aces, but is less than 100 acres. This is what have gotten their foot into the door because now as what was stated within the article above… owners of existing facilities would be able to expand their business by simply amending their original application. This actually creates a potential of over 300 acres to ”potentially” be used for marijuana cultivation for Prosperous Valley.
The 251 acres can be confirmed through the Chaffee County Government website below. From what I have verified from the Chaffee County link within the state of Colorado confirms that there is 251.052743 Acres of land under the same John Mehos name under the same address which leads me to think that each piece that I am about to reflect is referring to the same John Mehos that is an INCC Director that has the 123 acres representing land that INCC will be using for cultivation. Follow the steps below to see how I derived such conclusions…
Click on the Chaffee County link below and then click where it says ”Search Assessor Database” within such link: http://www.chaffeecounty.org/Assessor
Such will bring you to the page below where you need to click where it says ”Yes, I accept the above statement” within such link: http://qpublic.net/co/chaffee/
It will then take you to the link below where it will give you a variety of ”sort options” to find the land; Search by Location Address, Search by Owner Name, Search by Parcel Number, Search by Legal Information, Search by Map, Sales Search, or Sales List: http://qpublic6.qpublic.net/co_csearch.php?county=co_chaffee
Below is what popped up after I had clicked on ”Search by Owner Name” and then typed in the name ”Mehos” who is the INCC Director in which the property is listed under (notice at the bottom that it says that the website was last updated on August 17, 2014):
Below is what you will get from clicking each parcel link above:
Now let’s take some of you logic and figure in a total of approximately 251 Acres versus only the 123 Acres and let’s presume as a worst case scenario, they are only able to have one harvest per year versus the six harvests that you have presumed from within your post below: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=105539730
Before reading further, I think it is important to note that using the Chaffee County link you used to derive the parcel information by searching for Parcel # 380502300078 which is for 123 Acres, you will see that 123 Acres equates to 5,357,880 Square Feet which means that such is an average of 43,560 Square Feet Per Acre. We will use this as a ”Key Variable” below.
