It is $12M in shares whether it is pre R/S or post R/S

At $0.10 pre R/S they get 120M shares

Post a 1:50 R/S p/s would be $5.00 and they would get 2.4M shares at $5.00/share (given a $0.10 p/s equivalent pre R/S)
