You have no proof that it is massive dilution. If you are referring to the dividend that is not dilution. Paying a dividend is never considered dilution. The most that the dividend can currently be converted would only increase the outstanding by 10%.

So anytime a company puts out a positive press release you call that a pump?

You can't prove that any past press release is false, and you can't prove that the company has diluted its shareholders.
