Yeah, I was long and not really paying much attention to this one. However for nonperformance alone I sold. And general disenchantment with OTC games.
But looking at the 8-ks and S-1/as this company has filed, shareholders here should be very concerned with the decisions management has been making.
Especially because there was no reason to think the Floor Price would not be triggered for their Prepayment Event, which indeed happened, and more than likely it was not resolved with the required payment to avoid massive dilution.
However completely ignoring that situation, the other filings provide ample reason to be scared here. I just could not hold this any longer, and wish all who do good luck...The irrational exuberance of the Green Rush has been beaten out of me..
