It is clear to everybody that you do that for purpose. No, anybody cant do what you do, at least I cant do it. Why? because if It doesn't materialize, then I have lied and might have harmed anybody who had listened or followed me. Lying is something that I will avoid as much as I can. Why take a risk of lying for something I have no control over? I rather take my position (which I have done for years now, I am long and strong ambs for full disclosure) and am sitting and being patient and letting people do what they see fit.
