Because the PRICE is OVERSOLD here... At least with a reverse, there will be a chance at attracting non sub-subbie flipper traders and get some real investors to buy in... It's all about how they manage the stock after the reverse... If they go to the crooked finance people, it will tank... If they can do private placements and other deal, they have a fighting chance of building something good.
Otherwise you just sit in the sub-subbies and it does no one any good...
Why would you want to keep a 3 billion share stock that trades at .0002 to .0003?
