Numbers are all made up. I wouldn't read too much into NTEK's financials.

directly.

At NTEKs SHM, Al Stone was asked a question that specifically
relates to your current inquiry: It involved a HUGE order from
CiaoTV.

The same CiaoTV that had been bought-out earlier in the quarter,
& was under new management....

Al replied, if memory serves, that the order was "suspended" &
that they had no guidance (at that time) as to their (CTV) direction;
& whether that order would ultimately be processed.

The order was a large OEM order (& may have been for a former,
non-4K streaming, Nuvola prototype): The volume was significant
& for more than the original order of 15,000 units or so, but at
a very modest margin & intended for repeat orders going forward.


We can now safely assume that the new ownership of CiaoTV did
not process this order simply based upon reading the financials.
Whether that is a "yet", or a definitive; I don't know. I would
contact IR for that info ([e-mail]).

ADD the over 2-month Android Google 4.4 KitKat-approval delays
& we can see how some developments impacted product shipping,
delivery & our bottom-line for the quarter ending 6/30.

I will say this: I have found IR very responsive & so it may
prove worth it to address your questions to them. Asking the
board, even me & in this case, can often turn into a comical
game of "telephone"...

Just a suggestion. Kindly self-verify & do your own DD. Even
though I've conveyed what info I remember as best as I can
recall I'm sure NTEK can provide you with more specifics &
with greater accuracy than I....

Didn't you happen to see $250k in private placement money keyed anywhere? Disclosures claim it but no entry anywhere. I've looked but just can't find it.
