Over 21 million given to these three people why ? That is over 4 million dollars worth of stock that they could have used to acquire another company I hope this covers their pay for five years also.

I think the first level is deserved already from the growth experienced this year. They've earned it. Dilution is nothing to worry about here...this company is expanding at a exponential rate. Dilution...at worst case what 20%? They are growing 300% this year...
