Yep,.... the negatives against NNVC are getting much fewer, more far between, and more grasping.

While simultaneously - the risks to the future of the company are getting lower and lower. Yes - risks still exist - but in absence of the overhanging Yidam lawsuit, the absence of any ambulance-chaser class-action lawsuits having appeared since February, and the presence of the fact that it is still 2014 AND TOX testing has begun,...

There's not much left to stick against the wall of the *Poo* that has been flung.

What'll things sound like around here come about Thanksgiving & Christmas if the Ebolacide2 testing is a success in lab animals?

How is a 200g sample made over 1+ years of a 2500g batch needed, less than 10%, equate to Tox delivered?

If I order a meatball footlong at subway, and the dude behind the counter gives me one meatball "sample" and cheers, "delivered!" I'm going to peg him between the eyes with that sample.

Just not that much negative material to use against NNVC.

How about:

Guaranteed share dilution before phase II trials, and probably before phase I? This after we've been told for the past couple of years that NNVC has enough money to get through phase I/IIa trials.

As for tox, it's not at all clear that the full amount of Flucide needed for tox has been delivered. So there is still a possibility of further delays there. And history has shown time and time again that if there is any opportunity for delay NNVC will take full advantage of it.
