It's possible that they may slow the printing press in an effort to raise the pps if they think the burn rate will exhaust the a/s before they have accomplished their goals. But this move will not accomplish much because the race to the exit doors with any increase in pps will cause a stampede and the increase in pps will have been short lived. So IMO the ones are done when the a/s is maxed. Then wash rinse and repeat.
