I'm sure Tullow has a good reason for delays: DOJ investigation is probably #1, now some Ebola problems, and/or maybe they are over-stretched? But, I do believe they will get to drilling, at least in the 1st half of 2015.

Yea and Tullow having a new 52 week low everday doesn't help either.
