Thats how it will be on paper...but HISC will count all revenue as HISC's because.......they OWN actsoft because of the merger and they Aquired the NewCO BB stock so it will all show up on there financials.HISC Retains Resale and Distribution Agreements with 3rd Parties.NewCo compriced of C.T.(Hardware) and ActSoft(Software) listed on B.B
Subsidiary owns exclusive rights for Distribution of C.T. and Software.
Yes ...except HISC retains other devices rights and sales contracts(cyber sniffer,cyber key,cyber rad,hiss port projects,cyber shield,etc.......
