We need a plan to exit the conservatorship, so i guess the 4th amendment will provide a road map. How long has we been asking for an F'n plan.To reach a safe and solvent condition. It will take time to built the capital requirements. My guess 100 billion and that is not going to happen untill the sweep is dropped
