But thats the point, you asked for more time, which would have delayed the ruling even longer if the judge had granted your wishes. I think you can go a long way of saying what you just said, I dropped my objection to SA and will pursue my actions that will not indanger other shareholders. You said something like that in your last post. But regardless of your argument, dont you see if you had won, loch would have gone away and we all would have lost, IMO. Sure there is always class action but I would doubt that by the time someone got any money,it would be years and maybe enough to buy a Big Mac.
But remember, you opted out and continued to write letters to the judge even after opting out. That is why the rage and just simply assure shareholders, as I said before, that fighting the SA is no longer part of your plan and let the chips fall where they may.
