It is a bad sign that they waited until after the deadline to announce that. They still have a lot of profitable avenues but this is not good news. I wonder if someone knew this ahead of time and sold accordingly. Aaargh!
WOW,. I was not expecting that at all.....that is some shady business right there. I think a ton of us bought additional shares knowing that we would get ESMG dividend shares. I'm very disappointed in how they conveniently decide NOT to do the spin out after we already invested. I'm pretty speechless at this point.
That is what one gets when one gives their money to morons. They sold debt at the parent, did inter company transfers to the sub, then want to spin off the sub. You cannot do that. And if you do, it comes with a tax liability to the sub too.
