stk...scalping can really nail you if you are not careful...good reliable scalps happen best in consolidation for me and think most would agree..unfortunately breakouts occur!Thats the one trade that takes all profits from the suddessful trades because you will nearly always be on the wrong side of a breakout from consolidation...Support or resistance fails leaving you in a bad trade which you either take a quick loss on or justify staying in and worse yet adding to.Scalping is not for everyone and if your methods are good then stick with it.As time goes by I find myself making a lot more pips on my "scalps" and wonder sometime if I'm becoming a "trader" and losing my reputation as a scalper!(LOL)
Naaa!..I'm still a scalper...If I see a contrarian trade set up I gor for it..with the trend or not.
