Its possible, but at this price how can they make any money. They do need bucks for the expansion they will undertake. But long ago because of the structure of the stocks and in pennies now sub pennies, I read that this stock would be easy to manipulate which means the MMs make more money shorting it. Its easier to push down a penny stock than pushing it upwards.
