Edit:-I'm-with-Iceman, "state emphatically" is what JB (Judge Banks) did (I think sarcastically), not JB (Jim Briscoe) did... The state's acceptance of LBSR's Plan of Operation is ongoing and I believe will be done in Oct.

BTW: I tried to bet my moderator's spot on this happening but "someone" called it a "personal attack". The only way I see it could have been an attack is if they knew they were going to lose!
