Ideally PRs are meant to inform of the reality of the company to make informed decisions on investment. The movement of the PPS is contingent on many other factors, not always represented in the PR alone. You may leverage it to trade and flip. Others leverage it from a wholistic perspective. I respect you aren't keen on this company as many of us are but don't assume we are using the same means because Time will tell where this ends up.
