dam78 linked you the setting date. I expect there will be a Motion in Limine filed that will include a request for an order from the court that any mention in any way of the Chinese decision is inadmissible and not to be brought out in any way at the time of trial. The UK is not bound by it so it won't be a valid defense.

Can ZTE use it as their defense in the upcoming UK trial? and how come there is no exact date scheduled for the UK trial? All we know is that it is in late October.
