I would not be thinking tax write off just yet. Plenty of time for that unless you have many losses and are going to combine them. Not much benefit in a "write off" any way. You can always do it next year! It's good not to expect much and be surprised by the outcome. Let's hope that's the case here. Fong is very shrewd and may still have a trick or two up his sleeve. I hope this turns around so you don't have to write it off! Good Luck
