Wrong .....judge ruled patents are valid just not from the original file date from the correction date........

For all of the reasons recently stated here people are wary
Tough patent group lately
Market correcting
Past ruling by judge
Speculative stock
Investors timid

There is tremendous upside after the markman .............

It's a positive the stock has not run up........there is no news in the stock and therefore ANY good news of any kind will make it go nuts

You are wrong, Judge Casper ruled the patents valid based on the certificates of Correction. If they were invalid there would not be any Markman. Read her opinion carefully
