I don't know either. Had an email exchange with MMG a couple weeks ago and they just confirmed the the sell of the company. They said the other company was going to do its "own thing" which I'm assuming they were referring to Ceretech. I tried to get some details about the new company and if Ceretech is still their client but no response.
