That's pretty sad, but Albion told shareholders he "chose" Falso as the best candidate for running ATYG. What person could say that with a straight face, unless he meant the best person to run a company and its shareholders into the ground.
It appears he found himself in a financial predicament and took the easy way out. Unfortunately, he also threw his shareholders to the wolves.
Other than Urban Casavant (who I believe is deceased), I can't imagine a worse choice.
