i think you are mistaken. They could not reach quorum to increase a/s.. means they were not enough ppl in the shareholder meeting to vote.. if you read the letter, it says 95 % of shareholder agree to increase a/s but there were not enough people. I personally believe they should have increase a/s. the ppl would have tank but would still have lot of opportunity to make people and would have been better option than bk.
Now the rumor is floating of reverse merging.. not sure how market will react.. it will depend on what price they settle for..
