Admittedly "poor" was a poor choice of words... I was trying to make the point that there are owners and leasers/others, the difference being who is paying cash and who is not. To me a owner is only paying cash because if you are using a loan or leasing your system probably isn't paying for itself in 5-7 years. Oversimplified of course.
