Exactly. So, 10% of OS is about 24 million shares. I cant imagine that the prospective buyer has not purchase them already, so the effective float is less than 10 million (assuming a float of around 30-33 million shares). Bottom line: the float is dry. I did not have to tell people here that, but for newbies you can see that this is going to increase substantially...
