Make it clear, it is NOT CYBR buys EFTI, it is EFTI buys CYBR. it is not EFTI is in Chapter 11, it is CYBR is in Chapter 11. They were not related before EFTI announced to buy its assets. Note, EFTI is buying its assets, not ownership.

Common sense - I won't buy CYBR even at 0.001.
