No, it's not a valid point. It is not honorable to defend a guy who is a proven liar, and callously breaks environmental and safety regulations. And, he is running a scam - there is no real evidence that he has produced a single ounce of gold from Congress Mine tailings. If there is gold, it didn't come from the Congress Mine. Which leaves one other possible source of the gold.......(no, not the Keystone).

Speaking of which, there is no real evidence that the "Keystone Mine" can be mined at a profit - the assays are worthless, and the permit process has been completely ignored. He's created a big pile of rock out there (although nowhere near 200,000 tons, by the way). When ADEQ investigates, they will issue notices of violation.

Yes, I would like to see this company go away - but only after paying whatever fines and penalties are applicable. If it means jail time for lying Joel, couldn't happen to a more deserving guy.
