Please don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that EFTI is not a good stock, just that it won't be in the alternative energy sector anymore.

Nope, CYBR is in chapter 11, EFTI only interested in buying its assets, not its shares. Current CYBR shareholders will be wiped out - current CYBR shares will be worthless. current EFTI shareholders will be issued new shares (dividends) in the new entity.
