Trials become effective after 30 days from the date of filing the INDA (unless the FDA has comments). B-OM is now just over the 30 day wait. So, although the trial can start immediately (assuming no comments), the usual timing is within 60 days of filing. The start of the trial can come at any moment, but most probably in the next 2 to 3 weeks.

This is getting so exciting.
