Don't think it's quite that extreme...yet. If he is going to increase the shares he better get something to show for it. All hope is not lost yet since I've seen some real POS run. Even with 2 billion AS it could still have a decent run in it. However, he must start getting some deals accomplished and give the investor or trader a reason to buy. Otherwise it is just going to get worse.
Also, the pinksheets quote increment test needs to be history. I think it would take amazing news to get this thing out of the .001 area.
