Dilution has always been on the increase here but that was back when it was small time 5M share maximum and dilution would fluctuate depending on trend. But this year the dilution is many, many times what it was in the previous years. There seems to be no sign of slowing
Shares Outstanding: 187,471,355 as of June 25, 2014
Shares Outstanding: 208,682,184 as of July 22, 2014
So that was 21M but it was over a month so only 700K a day at he most
Shares Outstanding: 217,118,103 as of August 14, 2014
This was 9M over 3 weeks so at under 400K a day it isn't even worth mentioning
Shares Outstanding: 231,279,677 as of September 4, 2014
The last couple weeks of Aug they almost tied the daily average from the beginning of the qtr. 600K a day
Shares Outstanding: 257,028,351 as of September 25, 2014
While everyone thought it couldn't get bad the next 3 weeks gave the shareholders 1.23M shares a day dilution.
I warned of this issue with the dilution breaking the daily average volume and this is when that happened. But even I was not expecting the next few days
Shares Outstanding: 278,522,380 as of October 1, 2014
21M shares in 6 days. 3.5M shares a day.
That was just this last quarter. The others have dilution as well but maybe the 200K a day that can be ignored by about anyone.
There is no ignoring what the company is doing to its share holders.
Will it stop?
