Asher or Curt Kramer dumped the rest of his shares at 0.0001 to squeeze the last penny out of AEGY. If there was any merger or anything going to happen with AEGY - Kramer might have held on a little longer - but there isn't.
Suspended stocks don't recover - and in the past Hipple has just walked away from his companies that have been suspended.

Keep dreaming but it is guaranteed even more than the SC suspension that they are finished with SKTO/AEGY and there never was a Canadian company - the press release was designed to dump more shares.
