Get those running shoes tied up. If a company is not legit, this type of discussions with local authorities would not take place...Confirmation (good enough confirmation for me) of the $50K being put down is a clincher.

The buzz is on high right now and with local publication, PVEC's intent is for real AND I would suspect WITH financial backers. May take some time for the cruise ships and ports to be operational and profit is still a year or more away if these rumors turn out to crystallize with rapid approvals.

Still, we should see some big trades tomorrow as this "news" gets around. The no-bid is gone as I see it and just on sheer speculation and emotional drive...could see that spike we have all been waiting for. Good Luck!
