6 month revenue is down. And all quarters, 6 months and years they are losing money.

Gross profit isn't all that useful a number by itself.

We will go sub-penny before the convertibles are gone...my guess is that cubley will just replace the existing converts with new ones...then reverse and try to start fresh(again)
