Do you get a channel on your cable or satellite called "SportsSkool"? I do. And that is EXACTLY what they do. It's GREAT!! My 11 year old son takes baseball and basketball lessons straight off the TV!!! From conditioning and pre warm up to exercises and then step by step exercises and ACTUAL plays for each type of sport. I have been doing the volleyball training for 6 weeks now. I can't wait for our 2006 Adult Volleyball league to kick off this Sunday!
