SEC can't shut a company down (not that KMAG is a company by any means). They also can't revoke a stock, just suspend it which they already have.

Only step now is for litigation to take place which takes 2 to 3 years after suspension. Other penny scam CEOs suspended 2 years ago are just getting around to being litigated against
