Stock insiders usually make money on buybacks.

Good reason to do it.

Mtvx already stated that it intended to do a buy back.

They can only buy back 25% of the daily volume is what I hear.

I don't think they HAVE to file a form 4a. Any securities experts here??

Lots of ways to do a buyback.

Big question is do they have cash in hand from possible sale of land/building/patents they don't need/misc.

Personally I'm content to wait and see!!!

I'm buying more MTVX on October 14. Market is Closed Monday October 13 for Columbus Day.
