Dilution doesn't happen that way. If you suspect dilution, that is just your guess. Look at the short volume, svr is really low bud.. If I were you I would start thinking critically at this point instead of thinking dilution just bcus you think it is. Truth has more weight than suspicions.

Those Form T-Trades that you're talking about, we also noticed them about a week or two before the merger was announced on 9/12 and they totaled around 18 million shares. My guess is accumulation in expectation of the merger news just like it looked like last time.

We all know that VNDM and VFIN are typically diluting MMs, but right now no one is hitting those MMs when the come up to the AX. They seem to back off and it is hard to tell if there is any dilution or if they are being used as intimidation to move the price lower so that the MMs can accumulate at a lower price to sell when news drops.

If the shares are getting unloaded, why is the price being held down? Why not unload them when we were above .01 just last week? Why dilute at this point with low volume? Why not unload after the news is announced?

If you've convinced yourself that there is dilution going on, then why not sell right now? Let us know what your quantity and ask price is? I'll be watching it go on L2.
