i would like confirmation that publication was actually submitted.
This confirmation can come in as simple a form as a date.
This will keep me quiet as it is unbeleivable to me that we have lost nearly 50% of our value in a month.
And since i have your attention - what was the point of the reverse split only to let it sit after the fact. Reverse splits on their own are a tough time but actioning them with any follow up, simply confusing. I would have had just as much impact by announcing they are ready to perform the split when everything else falls into play, letting us know they have their finger on the button. Why push the button right away.
Since i am ranting - Lets not make Watton some kind of god. He hasnt done anything to impress me yet. And now we are cornered. We have to vote on allowing the extra shares- allowing the company believe they have us in their backpocket and can control us without giving us -the funders - any explanations, or vote no and screw ourselves via extra time waiting for another proxy allowing the share price to degrade.
So ... whats next ... it was supposed to be publication. Honestly without it, we have zero proof that the company did anything the last 2 years. And please dont quote interviews and blogs because the only thing that would resonate to me is journal publication or an official release from the company with names numbers and events that can be legally and scientifically corroborated.
Sorry for venting.
