#15635 RE: Long-vestor #15634

The Registrant’s annual report could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the Registrant requiring additional time to prepare and review the annual report for the year ended June 30, 2014. Such delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Company will file its Form 10-K no later than fifteen calendar days following the prescribed due date.

THE KEY to the K filing will be to review ALL the toxic convertible loans and in K the companies must update the subsequent events...this is for period ending june 30th...so most information will ONLY be up to that point...this is good for Conboy because he doesn't need to divulge everything in body of K...so review the subsequent events as this will tell the tale of what he did after june 30th to some extent....NONETHELESS it will be ugly IMO...and once issued is provided will dictate timeline Conboy will need to R/S and reload as hes only authorized for 10 billion...that itself is a complete pathetic joke...10 Billion shares authorized and almost all issued....what a great CEO and run company !
