i actually do not know-- it probably comes from the authorized becuase these shares dont look like they can be sold for awhile. they are issued from authorized, held as outstanding but not tradeable into the float until sold, which looks like 5 years in some circumstances,

if the shares were excercised, wouldnt that put them in the tradable float as sold into the market?
