In essence, the China patent situation is irrelevant to VRNG. VRNG didn't sue ZTE in China, and I would venture to guess there is no way in hell VRNG will EVER sue ZTE in China. Some of their patents were validated and recently one wasn't. Does it matter? Not really since it's a venue VRNG would never pursue ZTE in. VRNG is holding up quite well in the venues they are trying to enforce their patents against ZTE and that's all that really matters to me in that particular enforcement action.
