You obviously don't understand that this is how this company is already working. Romeo is in charge with day to day with all those office minions and rc is the big picture and relationships man lol

I agree all of the guys seem to have too many irons in the fire - Calkin with CCI and Oaksterdam and Cruz with his real estate business.

You can't be the slave to too many masters - in the end everything fails.

I have a difficult time understanding why everyone is not devoting 100% attention to GRCU.

Most companies that are successful have a leader that has laser like focus on his company.
