Site #2 is not a medical mj facility but a research and hemp facility. The context of the meeting is 20 North Rear Road - the medical mj facility.

It is quite easy to understand the towns position on this and quite easy to see the game plan the company has. If you strip away all the red herrings, the picture becomes quite clear.

It has nothing to do with the buildings, the R&D, the stem cell research, the hempcrete and the hemp car. Those are all promotional issues with little reality behind them ever really being a significant part, at this time, of the overall company vision. It is much much simpler than that.

Right now the structures that are there are nothing but empty shells, as I understand from a recent visit from our chief building official has showed there's really nothing there at all...Nothing inside that would make them operational at all
